NAT'S VINTAGE GUIDE

  • Verge Girl on

    Hi Gina,

    Thank you for your comment.

We feel your pain, this is sadly the heartbreaking factor that comes with vintage shopping territory. There will be times you luck out and times you have to let something go. Try to tell yourself that like everything in life – if it’s meant to be, it will be!

During your vintage shopping trips if you stumble upon a piece of clothing that you can’t live without, but it needs to be altered, it may be worth the purchase. Try to weigh up the pro’s and con’s of your finds! If it’s a pair of shoes that are too big or too small, make the call and let someone else discover them.

We hope you find your dream pair of cowboy boots, you never know when they might turn up.

    Love Verge Girl.

The hardest part about vintage shopping for me is knowing when to let go of a piece that just isn’t the right fit but I love!!! It’s worse than a breakup :,( lol I have not stopped thinking about a beautifully worn leather cowgirl boot I ran into at the antique that were one size to big! Any advice of knowing when to just let that lover go to someone else?
