I am wondering if an out of stock item will be restocked?

If an item is out of stock but still visible on our website, we’ll likely be restocking it soon. Just add your email to the restock system on the particular product page and you’ll be the first to know when it's back. If you can't find the item you’re looking for on our website, it looks like we won't be restocking sorry!

 

I'm after some information on sizing?

We have a link to our size guide on every product page right next to to size selector. Just click ‘view size guide’. We also give a description of fit in the product page, so have a look to see if an item runs big or small, or has any adjustable features. 

 

How do I return an item?

If it doesn’t work out we gladly accept returns for unworn items in original condition with the tags still attached (excluding SALE ITEMS, EARRINGS, SWIMWEAR AND INTIMATES). Just print out our returns form and post it back to us using a trackable service within 30 days of purchase. You can see our full returns police HERE.

 

What if I can’t print the returns form?

That’s okay, we just need your packing slip with your name, order number and reason for return.

 

How much is shipping and how long will it take?

We offer free express shipping in AUS and USA for orders over $70 AUD! All Australian orders under $70 will be sent express via Australia Post for a flat fee of $10. For AUS orders please allow 1-2 days if you are in the Express Post Network or 1-4 days if you are outside this network. How long will it take to pack and send my order?

We aim to post your order within 24 hours from when the order was placed and you will receive an email to let you know it’s been dispatched. During busy times such as holidays and sales, please allow up to 48 hours for your item to be shipped. Please note, we do not operate on weekends, so if you’ve ordered late on Friday or over the weekend, your order will not be dispatched until Monday. 

 

I did not receive a confirmation email?

Depending on your settings and host, your mail may have been directed to a junk or ‘Promotions’ folder. Please check here first before submitting a contact form.
