Oh Hey! Thank-you for visiting the Verge Girl online store. We understand that buying things online sometimes don't go as planned, but don’t worry, we’ve got you covered.

This policy outlines our returns, exchanges and refunds policy. By processing your payment with us, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding shipping and returns of your purchase.

1.PRICING & PRODUCT INFORMATION

 

All of our prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless the currency has been changed and all include GST.  We try our very best to ensure prices and product information are listed on the website correctly in the first instance, however, if by human error, something has been listed incorrectly, Verge Girl reserve the right to amend prices. Verge Girl also reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We will endeavor to contact you and inform you of any pricing changes and from there, and you may choose to accept the new price or cancel your order.  Pricing is subject to change without notice.

 

 

2.PAYMENT METHODS

 

We accept both PayPal and Credit Card payment via Secure Pay on the website.   

 

3.STOCK AVAILABILITY

 

Verge Girl makes every effort to ensure stock levels are accurate at time of purchase. However, if the item(s) you have ordered is not available, you will be issued a full refund for the out of stock item.

 

 

4.RETURNS/REFUNDS/DAMAGED GOODS

 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please don’t hesitate to contact as soon as possible.

If you require a replacement size, colour or alternative item/s, you will need to place a new order. 
Due to the fast turnover of stock, we cannot guarantee that we will have your preferred size or colour in stock. We will provide you with a store credit (via email) within 5 days of receiving the original item/s. This credit note will appear in your online Verge Girl customer account. Please note that Verge Girl do not offer refunds.

We accept all online returns AUS WIDE and INTERNATIONAL within 30 days of your original order being shipped. In-store purchases have a 7 day return period.

This means we need to receive the return within that timeframe. This excludes vintage, swimwear, lingerie, jewellery, belts and accessories. Please note we do not cover return shipping costs and item/s must be sent back in original, unworn condition.

This includes packaging, tags and your packing slip. 

Verge Girl reserves the right to deny a credit note if item/s are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way (this includes traces of perfume, deodorant etc.)

Returns must be sent to the following address with a copy of the provided return form and reasoning as to the return. Please contact us 
if you require a new copy of the returns form.

 Faults

 

All orders shipped from Verge Girl HQ are thoroughly inspected for any faults before dispatch. If you find any damages or faults to a product shipped to you, please report all faults within 24 hours of receiving them. Email info@vergegirl.com with all faults and digital images of the issues found. We are happy to replace goods in the case of a manufacturing fault.

 

Verge Girl does not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear. Verge Girl reserve the right to determine a genuine fault in the clothing, due to low probability of fault after close inspection in the warehouse.

 

If an item is deemed as having manufacturer damage/fault, you will not incur any additional costs, and will be offered a replacement item.  

 

 

Large orders

 

ID may be required for larger orders or orders that PayPal/banks have required ID for before shipment.

 

 

Delivery Damage

 

We use protective packaging and reputable shipping companies, so damage during transit is rare.  Please send us photos and details within 24 hours of receiving the damaged package. Please email us at info@vergegirl.com with all details.

 

 

You Receive an Incorrect Item

 

If you have received an item outside of your specified order, or an incorrect size or colour, your order will be amended at no cost to you. Please email info@vergegirl.com with any concerns and we will send you further information on how to proceed. Verge Girl will cover all fees incurred in the process of exchange where receipts can be shown with exact costs (e.g. shipping costs returning incorrect item back to Verge Girl HQ). We will endeavor to get the correct item to you within a normal or express timeframe. If the item is out of stock we will refund you full cost of the item and all initial shipping costs.

 

When returning the incorrect item, please ensure due care is taken to return the item to the warehouse in its original condition. All returned goods must be unused and in their original condition. 

 

 

 

Shipping Fees

 

Delivery charges are based on size, weight, and delivery location.  Our website is currently set up for International Shipping

 

 

Domestic orders: 

Verge Girl has a flat rate delivery price within Australia. All domestic orders are sent via express post at $10 per order, not per item, all orders over $70 AUD are available with free express shipping.



International orders:

Verge Girl ship to all international locations. Flat rate regular shipping on international orders is $45 AUD per order (not item) unless otherwise stated below: All orders to the U.S over $70 are available with free shipping.

ALL OTHER COUNTRIES - $45 AUD

Please note that payable import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Free shipping:

We offer free express shipping on orders over $70 AUD within Australia and the U.S.

If a delivery is attempted whilst no one is home Australia Post will leave you a card to take to the specified post office where you can then sign for your new items and take them home.  

 

If your order has been placed via express post, delivery time is estimated at 1-2 business days (Australia wide).  

 

Dispatch:

 

All stocked items will be dispatched within 24-48 hours from the date the order was placed. Some specialty or Pre-order items may take longer to ship; customers will be notified if so.  Please note that all orders are sent via Australia Post prior to 3pm AEST on weekdays only. 

 

 

Shipping Times & Tracking

 

All items will be delivered via Australia Post E-Parcel or Express Post. If customers would like more information on the location of their items during shipping, it is their responsibility to follow up with Australia Post.

 

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.

 

 

Acceptance of Delivery

 

Customers are responsible for organizing their own acceptance of items based on the delivery options they chose. Any re-delivery of parcels needs to be arranged and paid for by the customer. 


 

 

Incorrect Address

 

It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for your order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we will not refund your purchase or replace the goods. 


 

 

Order Does Not Arrive

 

Australia Post online tools can be used to track your parcel. We encourage customers to track parcels. Verge Girl is not responsible for fault of delivery by Australia Post. Please let us know but we are not able to refund in these circumstances. 


 

 

Customer Pick-Ups & product viewing

 

As we are an online store, unfortunately we are unable to offer pick-up of purchases, or viewing prior to purchasing. If you urgently need your order, please email us and we can schedule a pick-up time.

 

 

Product Information/ Imagery & Colours

 

To ensure a most accurate image of each product is displayed, we do not enhance colours and shoot most products on our models body so customers can accurately assess their desire for an item. Verge Girl cannot be liable for changes in colour perception due to screen settings on each individual’s computers when shopping with us.
