Hey Lady, It didn’t work out? No sweat, it happens! We provide FREE RETURNS (AUS only) for full price items unworn and in their original condition with tags attached.
- We gladly accept returns for items within 30 days of your order being shipped to you.
- We sent returns via Aus Post standard so please allow 5 working days for your return to be received.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 days for your return to be processed.
- We will email you and let you know that your return has been processed and a gift card issued. Please note that Verge Girl does not offer refunds for change of mind or if an item does not fit.

We do not accept returns on the following items:
- Sale items
- Hair Accessories
All products must be returned;
- Unworn and unwashed
- Tags attached
- Free from make up and fake tan
- Not smell of deodorant, perfume or washing powder.
PLEASE TAKE CARE WHEN TRYING ON CLOTHES NOT TO DAMAGE OR STAIN. IF YOUR RETURN DOES NOT MEET THE ABOVE CRITERIA IT WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU.
Due to high turnover of stock we do not offer exchanges at this time. You can purchase an item in a different colour or size with your Gift Certificate. If you think an item may sell out we recommend you re-purchase the item before returning your order and you will then be offered a store credit.
Verge Girl makes every effort to ensure stock levels are accurate at time of purchase. However, if the item(s) you have ordered is not available, you will be issued a full store credit for the out of stock item.
If you think you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible via our contact page with all faults and digital images of the issues found. We are happy to replace goods in the case of a manufacturing fault.
Verge Girl does not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear. Verge Girl reserve the right to determine a genuine fault in the clothing.
If an item is deemed as having manufacturer damage/fault, you will not incur any additional costs, and will be offered a replacement item or a store credit.
If you return an item purchased through Afterpay, we will deposit store credit into your Verge Girl account. Please note, your personal agreement with Afterpay will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments. The store credit will be deposited for the total value of the item(s) returned.
INTERNATIONAL / EXPRESS RETURNS
If you are outside of Australia or prefer to send you return back express, please send your return using a trackable service, with your packing slip and order number to;

We use protective packaging and reputable shipping companies, so damage during transit is rare. Please send us photos and details within 24 hours of receiving the damaged package. Please contact us via our contact page with all details.
YOU RECEIVE AN INCORRECT ITEM
If you have received an item outside of your specified order, or an incorrect size or colour, your order will be amended at no cost to you. Please contact us with any photos of the item and packing slip and we will send you further information on how to proceed. We will endeavour to get the correct item to you within a normal or express timeframe. If the item is out of stock we will refund you full cost of the item and all initial shipping costs.
When returning the incorrect item, please ensure due care is taken to return the item to the warehouse in its original condition. All returned goods must be unused and in their original condition.
