We do not accept returns on the following items:
- Sale category items
All products must be returned;
- Unworn and unwashed
- Tags attached
- Free from make up and fake tan
- Free from any scent of deodorant, perfume or washing powder.
PLEASE TAKE CARE WHEN TRYING ON CLOTHES NOT TO DAMAGE OR STAIN THEM. IF YOUR RETURN DOES NOT MEET THE ABOVE CRITERIA IT WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU.
Due to high turnover of stock we do not offer exchanges at this time. You can purchase an item in a different colour or size if it is still available. If you think an item may sell out we recommend you re-purchase the item before returning your order.
Verge Girl makes every effort to ensure stock levels are accurate at time of purchase. However, if the item(s) you have ordered is not available, you will be issued a gift certificate or refund for the out of stock item.
If you think you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible via our contact page with all faults and digital images of the issues found. We are happy to replace goods in the case of a manufacturing fault.
Verge Girl does not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear. Verge Girl reserve the right to determine a genuine fault in the clothing.
If an item is deemed as having manufacturer damage/fault, you will not incur any additional costs, and will be offered a replacement item or a refund / gift certificate
INTERNATIONAL / EXPRESS RETURNS
If you are outside of Australia or prefer to send your return back express, please send your return using a trackable service, with your order number to and reason for return to;
If you think your order has been damaged during transit, please send us photos and details within 24 hours of receiving the damaged package. Please contact us via our contact page with all details.
YOU RECEIVE AN INCORRECT ITEM
If you have received an item outside of your specified order, or an incorrect size or colour, your order will be amended at no cost to you. Please contact us with any photos of the item and we will send you further information on how to proceed. We will endeavour to get the correct item to you within a normal or express timeframe. If the item is out of stock we will refund you full cost of the item and all initial shipping costs.
When returning the incorrect item, please ensure due care is taken to return the item to the warehouse in its original condition. All returned goods must be unused and in their original condition.
We provide FREE RETURN SHIPPING and will issue you a Gift Certificate.
If you prefer a REFUND we can do that too and just deduct $6 for the cost of the return shipping.

We provide simple returns through DHL and will provide you with a Gift Certificate or REFUND.
There is no upfront payment required to create a return label. Once we receive your return we will simply deduct the cost of the return label from your refund or gift certificate.

3+ items - $15 USD
1-2 items - $9 NZD
3+ items - $12 NZD
